Thank you for your continued patronage of the National Taisetsu Youth Friendship Center.
We had temporarily suspended accepting applications for November and December 2026, but we will now resume accepting applications as detailed in the notice below.
Applications will only be accepted via the dedicated application form.
Please note that applications will not be accepted by phone, email, or through the regular web application system to prevent applications from being overlooked.
