How to Apply – Advance application required for use

Advance Application

①Applications can be accepted up to one year prior to your desired arrival date. Apply HERE.

◆ During the high season from April to July, adjustments will be made. Please apply using the dedicated form within

   the deadline.

◇ Deadlines

   April, May: May 31st of the year prior to the desired arrival date.

   June, July: July 31st of the year prior to the desired arrival date.

*For requests regarding usage from April to July, after the deadline has passed, as well as requests for usage from

August through the following March, please apply via the application form.

   *Please feel free to contact us if have any questions.

② We will contact you after confirming the availability of the dormitory, training rooms, and activity rooms on your desired date.

③ As a general rule, please make your reservation at least 40 days prior to your visit and date of use.   If less than 40 days remain, please contact the facility directly.

The deadline for submitting application documents is generally 40 days prior to the planned date of use.

Based on the submitted documents, we will adjust the training location, staff allocation, and related details.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change the number of participants and the content of your activities.

*Failure to submit the required documents for applications by the deadline date may result in the inability to secure the training venue or assign staff.

*If any changes occur after submitting the documents, please resubmit the new documents with the changes noted.

Before Your Visit

Approximately two weeks prior to your visit, our scheduling staff will send you an email with details of the arrangements and important points to confirm before your visit.

On the Day of Your Visit

Upon your arrival, please visit the office, and we will complete the check-in procedures.

Important Notes Regarding Facility Use

  • Indoor shoes are required inside the facility. Please bring your own.
  • Please note that no amenity such as Yukata (Japanese robes), towels, bath towels, shampoo, soap, or toothbrushes is provided in our facility.
  • The National Taisetsu Youth Friendship Center is a training facility. We have set daily schedules to ensure your pleasant stay. When planning your activities within the facility, please use the schedules as a reference and adjust them with the staff to suit your training goals, including wake-up and bedtime, as well as interactions with other groups.
  • The entrance of the facility will be locked after 10 pm, and entry and exit will not be permitted except in emergencies. We unlock the entrance at 6 am the following morning.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility. The only designated smoking area is next to the trash area on the 1st floor of the main building. Also, smoking is not permitted after 10 pm as the facility is locked.
  • Facility usage locations and activities are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive all application forms from groups using the facilities on the same day, we will coordinate activity times and programs with other groups.Please understand that, depending on the coordination with other groups, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred location or other requests.
  • Please note that each group is responsible for cleaning their rooms and common areas, such as toilets, washrooms, corridors, and the staff will inspect them before departure.
  • Commercial, political, and religious activities in our facility are not permitted.
