*1 Eligible individuals include those who will turn 6 years old old between April 2nd of the current fiscal year and April 1st of the following fiscal year, regardless of enrollment in kindergarten, nursery school, or similar institutions.
*2 Eligible individuals include those who enrolled in schools equivalent to high school such as the advanced courses of vocational school.
*2 If not covered by item (1) above, this applies to individuals who will turn 18 years old between April 2nd of the current fiscal year and April 1st of the following fiscal year.
*3①This applies to school-related activities, including club activities and circles.
②Although intended for elementary through high school students, this also applies to adults accompanying preschool-aged children.
③To use the facilities, you must submit an Application for Partial Exemption from Facility Usage Fees at least two weeks prior to use.
*4 Organizations that support children facing financial hardship or children with disabilities, etc.
*Please note that this excludes cases where the organization receives public funding from the local government for the relevant activity,

(2) Instructor’s Room Fee
*(1) Instructor’s Room fee is charged separately from the facility usage fee.
*For hygiene reasons, please change the sheets every 5 nights.

*When ordering bento boxes, you must order only the same item, and orders of 10 or fewer boxes are not accepted.
*Pickup at the cafeteria is available on the day of your order between 7:30 am and 8:30 am or 10:30 am and 11:30 am.
*Please note that only bread set can be picked up the evening before.
*Bento boxes and beverages do not come with individual bags.
*In addition, since all items are delivered together, please bring your own bags if you need to divide them and arrange for your group to handle the packing process.
