Q&A – Reservation, Fees, Accommodation
Q1. When can I make a reservation?
A. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance of your expected arrival date. There is a separate application method during the busy season from April to July.

Q2. Do you have any regular holidays?
A. We are closed only for the New Year’s holidays from December 28 to January 4 of the following year.
Please note that we also have irregular days for facility and equipment maintenance. We take care to avoid causing inconvenience to users, but if your scheduled use overlaps with a maintenance day, we may consult with you about the program details.
Q3. Please tell me about times when it is relatively less crowded.
A. The period from February to March is relatively quiet and less crowded.
The facility is usually crowded from April to August due to school overnight training programs, and from November to December due to ski group training camps.
Q4. How much are the accommodation and facility usage fees?
A. Facility usage fees were revised and became chargeable starting in FY2024.

Q5. Do you charge for cancellation?

There is no cancellation fee for facility use.
Please check HERE for meal charges.
If you are forced to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so that another group can use the facility.
Q6. What is the accommodation capacity?
A. We can accommodate up to 400 people.
Q7. Tell me about the rooms to stay in.
A. We have Western-style rooms with bunk beds, Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats, and rooms suitable for small groups and families.
Each room is assigned based on the number of people and the group’s circumstances. Please understand that we may not always be able to provide your preferred room.
